Corporate Registration

How do I register for your services?

  • Just fill in our corporate application form and send it back to us. Please click here to apply now or give us a call at 6324 1551 for a copy of an application form to be sent to you via fax or mail.

    Note: If you are a business customer using a PABX/key phone system, you will need to register all your CO (Central Office) or trunk numbers. Do not register your phone system's extension numbers. If you are using ISDN numbers, please contact us at 6324 1551 for further assistance. Our Account Managers will be pleased to assist you in identifying the numbers to be registered.

What are the documents required for corporate account?

  • An authorized officer of your company should sign your corporate application form with a company stamp.

  • Duly completed and signed GIRO application form (if you are paying by GIRO).

  • Supporting documents required

    - For sole proprietors & partnership - a copy of a RCB printout with the names, addresses and copies of NRICs of directors / partners.

    - For MNCs or Pte Ltd Companies - no other documents are required.

Personal Registration

How do I register for your services?

  • You can do your personal registration online. Please click here to apply now. Alternatively, you may give us a call at 6324 1551 for a copy of an application form to be sent to you via fax or mail.

  • Your application would only be completed with the necessary supporting documents. In the event we do not receive the complete supporting documents, a temporary account would be activated.


  • Upon verification with your supporting documents, your account would be fully activated.

What documents are required for personal registration?

  • For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) - a copy of your NRIC.

  • Non-Singaporeans Citizens or non-PRs, - a copy of your employment pass or any other valid identification papers.

  • Please fax or mail your completed application and supporting documents to

    Note: Please note that payment mode for non-Singaporeans or non-PRs will be by credit card only. Otherwise a deposit (min S$100.00) is required and a credit limit equivalent to the deposit amount will be imposed.

How long does it take for my account to be activated?

  • Your account will be activated in 1 working day.

How would I know if my account is activated?

  • We will call and notify you on the activation of your account.

When can I start using the service?

  • You may start to use our service immediately after your account is activated.

Are there any registration or subscription fees?

  • There is no registration or subscription fee. You will only be billed for the overseas calls or faxes you have made.

How many telephone numbers can I register?

  • There is no limit to the number of telephone numbers you can register.

  • If you need to add or change any registered number, kindly fill up the form. Please click here to update your particulars and we contact you shortly for verification and notification.

Can I register my mobile phone number?

  • Yes, you can. It works the same way as the fixed line. Please note that although the call is toll-free for the usage of our access codes "1551" on fixed line, you will be charged the airtime by whichever mobile service provider you are using if calling from a mobile phone.

Can I use your service when I am overseas?

  • No, our service is only available only for outgoing international calls from a Singapore registered telephone number.

    For example; calls must be made from Singapore to another overseas destination.
