How can I change my pin? (for users of 2-stage dialing)

  • Upon the receipt of notification, we will contact you to confirm the details followed with a confirmation letter.

How do I terminate my service?

What is MediaRing 1551 IDD?

  • 1551 is MediaRing's unique 4-digit IDD access code to enable users to call overseas.

How to use MediaRing 1551 IDD?

  • To use MediaRing 1551 IDD service for your overseas call, Just Dial:



    Note:You may enter '#" at the end of the dialing sequence to hasten the connection process. However please note that you cannot enter "#" for mobile.

Can I use your service when I am overseas?

  • Our services are only for outgoing calls from Singapore to overseas. Hence, if you are overseas and you want to call Singapore or any other countries, you will not be able to use our MediaRing IDD services.

Why can't I dial 1551 from my fixed line (or mobile phone)?

  • You will need to register for our services before making any overseas calls using MediaRing IDD services.

  • If your lines are private listed, you will not be able to dial 1551. You may need to de-activate the feature. Please call us at 6324 1551 for the pin access option or access our services using a 2 stage option.

  • As we do not have any agreement with Starhub. We will advise you accordingly once you are able to dial 1551 directly from your Starhub lines.

What is a dialer? (Corporate user Only)

  • A dialer is a device that automatically routes your international calls to MediaRing for ease of users. It is also transparent to the users.
