What denomination do you have?

  • We have cards in the denomination of $10, $20 and $50.

Where can I get the cards?

  • Kindly call us at 6224-2567 and we will advise you of the nearest outlet from your home/office.

What are the payment methods available?

  • Cheque

  • Credit Card - VISA, Mastercard and Amex

    Note: Please note that for non-Singaporean and non-PRs, the only mode of payment would be through credit card. Otherwise a deposit (min $100.00) is required and a credit limit equivalent to the deposit amount will be imposed.

Where can I get a GIRO form?

  • You can call us at 6324-1551 for a copy of GIRO form to be sent to you via mail.

Can I change my payment mode?

  • Yes you can call us at 6324 1551 alternatively, write in to us a Notification of Change of payment mode via email at 1551custsvc@mediaring.com or fax to 6441 2855.

    Note: Please note that mode of payment for non Singaporeans or non-PRs is only by credit card. Otherwise a deposit (min $100.00) is required and a credit limit equivalent to the deposit amount will be imposed.

What are the charges involved for using your services?

  • There are no connection charge, monthly subscription fee, registration fee or any form of service charges.

  • You will only be billed for the duration of your overseas call or faxes.

How would I be charged if I make a call from my hand phone?

  • Your call would be charged according to the destination and duration called.

  • In addition, your mobile service provider will charge you for local airtime usage.

When will I receive my invoice?

  • Invoices are sent out on a monthly basis.

  • You should receive your invoices latest by 15th of the month.

    Note: Please note that monthly invoices with amount less than S$10.00 will not be mailed out. In such instances, your bill will be sent to you only when the total outstanding amount exceeds S$10.00.

What if I do not receive my invoice?

  • If you have not received your invoice by the 15th of the month, please call us at 6324-1551 or email to custsvc@mediaring.com for a copy of your invoice.

Who do I contact if I have enquiries on my billing invoices?

  • Please contact our helpdesk at 6324 1551.

What do you mean by 6-second increment?

  • For the duration of a particular call that was made, the chargeable talk-time of that call will be rounded up to the next 6 seconds.

    For example,
    A call/fax lasted for 1 minute 53 seconds.
    We will round this up to 1 minute 54 seconds.
